To open an OPTIMUM-10 account, the customer needs:
To sign a membership and end-user agreement. (e-signature or paper)
We need a copy of a valid photo-ID (such as a drivers license or State ID card)
A voided business check
We need to verify the phone number
Provide a copy of two of three items for landlords only, not real estate agents:
a property tax bill in the name of the applicant
eviction documents in the name of the applicant
a property assessors card showing the name of the applicant
If the applicant is a real estate agent, a copy of their business license
All documents can be uploaded electronically
With all OPEN ACCESS products, it's the tenant that presses the submit button to generate the report
