A major source for eviction information, has deemed the state's court records not to their standards and pulled the plug on providing CT eviction records to their customers. This leaves landlords facing a blind spot in their ability to assess potential tenants' rental histories. This decision impacts those housing providers who start a background check by emailing a link to their rental applicants.....However, TenantTracks customers are unaffected by this eviction record blackout. TenantTracks has multiple databases they use for their tenant information and our clients still receive CT Eviction records with their background checks.
